Shipping Policy

Locksnlocks.com ships to customers all around the world. This results in some of our orders taking that extra bit of time to reach you. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind. Please, note that we require 1 to 3 business days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it.

Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take 5 to 15 business days to arrive. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!

 

Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID please contact us and we will resend it back to you via email and/or text message depending on which one you supplied us. 
Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the tracking information to show.

 

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@locksnlocks.com or through our 'Contact Us' page if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages:
LocksnLocks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
