How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship to customers all around the world and therefor it will usually take anywhere between 5 to 15 business days to arrive after the order has been processed.

Are prices are displayed in US dollars.

 

What countries do you ship to? 

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Korea, Switzerland, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Finland, Ireland, Belgium, Israel, and New Zealand. If your country is not listed here please contact us at info@locksnlocks.com and we will let you know if we can ship it out to you.

 

How much is shipping?

We ship all around the world for free!

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When you place your order we will either email or text you your tracking number and a link where you can track your order from. Please consider it can take up to 4 days to receive this email/text. 

 

What happens if I put in the wrong shipping address?

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order. If you're quick to contact us we may be able to fix up the address.

 

How do I cancel my order?

In order to get your beautiful new products out to you as soon as possible we can not accept cancellations more than 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame please email us at info@locksnlocks.com. Otherwise we are more than happy to accept a return once you have received your products.
